After that save the file in the desktop and will be use later.
After all the saving,open pages put the logo in,type in the address of the company and letter content.
Go to the top left corner of the pages and press "Inspector".
Go to"Merge" > "Choose"
Choose the number document which you saved earlier and press OK.
Back to pages,"insert" > "Merge Field" >"Address 1" > Address 2" >"Address 3"> "Address 4" and other information.
After filling in every information, "edit" > "Mail Merge"
After that press "Merge" and wait for it to convert the letter.
