Mail Merge

First,open a data that I want, I must create a header row.After that save the file and put it on "desktop"

 Open pages,type in the content that I want,and also found a signature in google.
 When I have finished typing the content.Go to"inspector" and go to " choose".
 Chose the file which I save on the desktop and press OK.
 After go in "insert" and "Merge Field" and insert "First Name" and "Last Name".
 Check to make sure everything is right.
 Finally go to "Edit" and press "Mail Merge" and finally press "OK".

These are the two example of my final letter.
