Task 7

To do a backup of the file,can do a copy in a memory stick.

Copy the file in to a memory stick can do a easy and quick way of backup.

To increase the security of the file.Press "command + i", and press " Locked" which can not be easily delete the file without warning.

There should be a lock next to the file after using "Locked"

Task 6

To find the Highest Sale,use the formula of "=max(column:column)"

  After filling the formula in,press enter and the amount will shown out.

To find the lowest sale,use the formula of =min(column:column)

 Press enter and it will shown the amount of the lowest sale.

 To find the average sale,use the formula of =average(column:column)

 Press enter and it will show the average sale.

To find the total amount of four place,have to use the formula to calculate the total amount,"=sum(column:column) 

             Press enter and the result will be shown

Using the same formula to calculate the amount of Midlands,South East and South West

To calculate the total sale of all four areas.Use equation of"=sum(column:column)"which can give the amount of all those four areas.

After putting in the equation,press enter and it will give the total sale.

first calculate the amount of mileage after the fuel have risen

Then calculate the total amount to be paid after the fuel have risen,by using the formula of "=sum(column:column)"

 Press enter and the total amount will be shown.

Here is the original total amount  to be paid and the total amount to be paid after risen mileage.

To calculate the remain of all the paid out.First calculate the sum of the total amount to be paid.

Which by using "=sum(column:column)

After calculate the amount is 46251.37.Use calculator to calculate 47000 take away 46251.37 and the remain is 749 and round it to the nearest 10 which is £750

Task 5

These are the 3 items that I found in internet that would suitable for GnarlyHard.
It is the freebies mug which could print out logo on it easily.

          It is the usb stick which can show our company logo on it.

 Also this is the freebies water bottle which can also print our logo on it and it is the cheapest to            buy.

At the bottom of the website,it shows that there are copyright in every images.It also shown the email address which office manager could easily contact them for permission to use the images.

     This resource can be used on the large computer screen that shown in the exhibition.

Task 4

First open the file with neooffice,choose "Data" on the top > "Filter" > "AutoFilter".

 Use AutoFilter "Size" > choose " YS",because Bellas no longer able to supply standard quality
 t-shirt in YS,delete the Bellas YS t-shirt data.

To choose Yings XXL t-shirt,use AutoFilter again,"Size">"XXL".

                          Change the unit cost from 0.5 to 2.75 and the minimum order from 10 to 50.

To do a report for size XXL,first use auto filter to choose XXL.

                                   Then copy the whole table by"Edit" > "Copy"

                                          After copying,go to"File" > "New" > "Databases"

                           "Create a new databases" > "New"

                   "No,do not register the database" > "Finish"

                                 Rename the databases and choose the file where I want to be saved and "save"

                                         After saving,"Edit" > "Paste" to paste the data.

                          After "paste",go to "report" > "Use Wizard to Create Report"

To show a full detail in the report,I had chose"supplier","type","size","quality","delivery time",

"unit cost","minimum order",after choosing,press "finish" at the bottom"

                                    Here is the report to show all the supplier who supply XXL t-shirt.

To do a report that can show which supply can do a delivery in 1 day,first use AutoFilter choose"Size" > "YS" and "Delivery time(Days)"> "1". 

                                Choose all the data.

                                            "Edit">"copy" to copy the data.

                                     Go to "file" > "New"and "Database".

                                  Choose "Create a new database" > "Next".

                 And choose "No,do not register the database" and "Finish"

                                 Rename the database and save in the "desktop" and "save".

                 First go to "Edit" > "paste" to paste the table in the database.

           Go to "Report" > "Use Wizard to Create Report"

                           Choose all the options into Fields in report.I had chose"Supplier","Size","Type","Quality","Unit Cost","Minimum Order","Delivery Time".

 After that go to"4. Sort Options",in sort by choose "Unit Cost" and "Ascending".Then press "Finish".

         At the end,I got a report which tell me all the supplier which supply t-shirt of YS,delivery time and from the cheapest to the most expensive, and the minimum order.
