Spreadsheet

 This is a spreadsheet, and you can use filter to filter any information you don't want to have.
Data > Sort

 Sort by chose what you want and you want the information in ascending order or descending order.

 Options.
Choose :
Range contains column labels, Include formats, top to bottom(sort rows) and press OK.
 It is a spreadsheet what it looks like.After that you can chose what information you like in the head row.
